The sign board fabrication process includes designing, material selection, production, installation, and final inspection. High-resolution artwork is prepared according to client branding, ensuring accurate colors and layout. Premium materials such as ACP sheets, acrylic, SS letters, LED modules, and powder-coated frames are used for durability and weather resistance. CNC router or laser cutting ensures precise shaping, while vinyl printing, UV printing, or etching is applied based on the design requirement. LED lights are installed with proper wiring, waterproof power supplies, and heat-proof insulation for safe long-term performance. The structure is reinforced with MS framing to withstand wind load and outdoor conditions. On-site installation includes drilling, anchoring, leveling, and secure mounting with chemical fasteners. All electrical components are tested for brightness, uniformity, and stability. A final quality check verifies alignment, finish, illumination, and overall appearance before handover to the client.
