The channel letter sign board shall consist of individual 3D fabricated letters, typically made from aluminum for durability and corrosion resistance. Faces shall be constructed using high-quality acrylic, available in a range of colors, with LED illumination installed internally for uniform lighting. Letter depth should be between 75–150mm depending on size and mounting requirements. Each letter will be mounted individually on a backplate or raceway, fixed securely to the building façade. Electrical components must be waterproof, low-voltage (12V or 24V), and energy-efficient. All wiring shall be concealed, with provision for maintenance access. Installation must comply with local electrical codes and building regulations. The finish on metal surfaces shall be powder-coated or anodized for weather resistance. All signage will undergo quality checks for illumination consistency and structural integrity. The contractor is responsible for design approval, fabrication, installation, and post-installation support. Signage must be visible, legible, and branded as per client specifications.
