The metal alphabet letters shall be fabricated from high-quality stainless steel (grade 304) with a minimum thickness of 3mm for durability and structural integrity. Each letter must be precisely cut using CNC laser cutting technology to ensure clean, sharp edges and accurate dimensions as per the approved design drawings. Surface finish shall be brushed or polished as specified by the client, with no visible scratches or defects. All letters must have smooth edges and be free of burrs. Mounting holes or fixtures shall be pre-drilled as per installation requirements. The letters will be powder-coated or painted for corrosion resistance if required. Each piece must undergo quality inspection before delivery to guarantee compliance with dimensional and finish standards.
