It includes selection and specification of finishes such as flooring, wall treatments, ceilings, lighting, modular furniture, storage units, and soft furnishings. Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and lighting layouts are coordinated with relevant consultants to ensure seamless integration.

Interior designers supervise site execution, coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, painters, and other vendors to maintain design accuracy and quality standards. Material procurement, quality checks, and installation supervision form part of the responsibility. The work also ensures compliance with safety norms, ergonomic standards, and durability requirements. Final styling, finishing touches, snag-list clearance, and handover are carried out to deliver a complete, functional, and visually pleasing residential interior as per approved designs and timelines.
