Hoarding Sign Boards

The Hoarding Sign Board shall be fabricated using high-quality mild steel (MS) angle framework with a minimum size of 40x40x5 mm for structural stability. The frame shall be welded and properly braced to withstand wind loads. The display surface shall be made of 3mm thick ACP (Aluminium Composite Panel) or 20-gauge MS sheet, finished with two coats of weatherproof enamel or vinyl printing as per approved design. All graphics, text, and logos shall be printed in high resolution using UV-resistant, waterproof inks to ensure long-lasting color retention. The board shall be mounted on MS pipes (minimum 75mm dia) firmly grouted in RCC foundation blocks. Proper alignment, leveling, and finishing must be ensured. Electrical illumination, if required, shall be provided with waterproof LED fixtures and concealed wiring. The entire work shall conform to safety standards and site engineer’s approval.
