Fabric sign boards are crafted using high-quality, stretchable printable fabric mounted on a lightweight yet durable aluminum or MS frame. The fabric is printed using eco-solvent, latex, or UV printing technology to ensure sharp graphics, vibrant colors, and long-lasting clarity. The frame structure is powder-coated or anodized for corrosion resistance and smooth finish. Silicone Edge Graphics (SEG) or Velcro systems are used for easy installation, tensioning, and replacement of the fabric. Internal LED backlighting or edge-lighting can be integrated to achieve uniform illumination and premium visual impact. Electrical components include 12V/24V LED modules, SMPS power supply, and concealed wiring for clean aesthetics. The sign board is lightweight, weather-resistant, and suitable for indoor or semi-outdoor environments. Final QC includes print quality check, fabric tension check, frame alignment, lighting uniformity, and structural stability before dispatch and installation.
