The scope of work includes the fabrication and installation of Aluminium Solid Letters for signage. Letters shall be CNC cut from high-grade 10mm to 25mm thick solid aluminium sheets, ensuring precision and uniformity. Edges must be smooth and finished, with surfaces sanded and coated using weather-resistant powder coating or anodizing as specified. The font, size, and layout will be as per approved design drawings. Mounting will be executed using concealed studs or spacers, ensuring a floating effect with proper alignment and secure fixation on designated surfaces (walls or facades). All materials must be corrosion-resistant and suitable for exterior exposure. Site measurements shall be verified prior to fabrication. Installation must ensure firm anchoring without damaging the background structure. Safety protocols and quality standards must be adhered to throughout the execution. Upon completion, the site shall be cleaned and the signage inspected for finish quality and alignment.
